Street Art of the Day: Carlos J. Gómez’s “Urban Speaker” installation allows anyone with a phone to call the number on the sign and broadcast their message to Alphabet City’s Tompkins Square Park, where it will be on display as part of the 2010 Conflux Festival (October 8-10).
